UNIONS Account Deletion Request

This page is for requesting deletion of a UNIONS account and associated personal data. You do not need to install or reinstall the app, and you do not need to log in here.

이 페이지는 UNIONS 계정 및 개인정보 삭제 요청용입니다. 앱을 설치하거나 다시 설치할 필요가 없으며, 이 페이지에서 로그인하지 않아도 됩니다.

How to request deletion on the web / 웹에서 삭제 요청

Send an email to dzn7777@gmail.com.

• Subject: UNIONS account deletion request
• Include the email address used to register for UNIONS
• If you used Kakao / Naver / Google / Apple login, say which one

제목은 UNIONS account deletion request로 보내 주세요. 가입 이메일, 또는 카카오/네이버/Google/Apple 로그인 여부를 적어 주세요.

We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days. You may also delete the account inside the app (Profile → Delete account), but that is optional.

확인 후 30일 이내 처리합니다. 앱 안(프로필 → 회원 탈퇴) 삭제도 가능하지만 필수는 아닙니다.

Data that will be deleted / 삭제되는 데이터

• Account profile (email, nickname, photos, bio, matching preferences)
• Chat messages and translation history tied to the account
• Call history metadata, blocks/reports you created, push tokens, device identifiers we stored

계정 프로필, 채팅·번역 기록, 통화 연결 정보, 신고·차단, 푸시 토큰, 저장된 기기 식별 정보.

Data that may be retained / 보관될 수 있는 데이터

• Purchase/payment records required by tax or store policy
• Records needed to investigate fraud, abuse, or legal claims, for the legally required period
• Backups, until they rotate out (then they are deleted)

법령·스토어 정책상 필요한 결제 기록, 부정사용·분쟁 대응을 위한 기록, 순환 삭제 전까지의 백업.
