1. Personal information we collect / 수집하는 정보

Account: email, nickname, gender, date of birth, nationality, profile text and photos, language settings
Service content: chat messages, translation text, video-call signaling metadata, reports and blocks
Device and technical data: IP address, device model, OS version, app version, push token, crash/log data
Permission-based data when you allow it: camera, microphone, photos, approximate or precise location
Payments: in-app purchase / diamond transaction records processed by the store (Google Play / Apple)

계정: 이메일, 닉네임, 성별, 생년월일, 국적, 프로필 문구·사진, 언어 설정. 서비스: 채팅, 번역 텍스트, 영상통화 연결 정보, 신고·차단. 기기: IP, 기기 모델, OS, 앱 버전, 푸시 토큰, 오류 로그. 권한 허용 시: 카메라, 마이크, 사진, 위치. 결제: 스토어 인앱 결제/다이아 거래 기록.

2. How we use it / 사용 목적

To create and authenticate accounts, provide matching, chat, video calls, translation, customer support, safety (report/block), service improvement, and to complete purchases.

회원 식별, 매칭, 채팅, 영상통화, 번역, 고객지원, 안전(신고·차단), 서비스 개선, 결제 처리.

3. Third parties / processors / 제3자·처리업체

Sign-in: Kakao, Naver, Google, Apple (if you choose that login)
Push / app infrastructure: Google (FCM / Play services), Apple (APNs)
Payments: Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase
Hosting and operations: our servers at api.sellem.shop and related infrastructure

We do not sell personal information. Store payments are processed by Google or Apple; we do not receive full card numbers.

개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 결제는 Google/Apple이 처리하며 카드번호 전체는 받지 않습니다.

4. Retention / 보관 기간

We keep account and service data while the account is active. After account deletion we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep under law (for example tax/payment records, or data needed to handle abuse, fraud, or legal claims) for the legally required period.

계정 유지 기간 동안 보관합니다. 삭제 요청 후 30일 이내 삭제 또는 익명화합니다. 법령상 필요한 결제·세무 기록, 부정사용·분쟁 대응 자료는 법정 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.

5. Account and data deletion / 계정 및 데이터 삭제

You can delete your UNIONS account in the app (Profile → Delete account), or without installing the app at:

You may also email dzn7777@gmail.com with subject “UNIONS account deletion request” from your registered email.

앱(프로필 → 회원 탈퇴) 또는 위 웹 페이지·이메일로 삭제 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱 재설치는 필요하지 않습니다.
